To honor the centrality of Scripture in the great revival known as the Reformation, there will be a four-day public reading of the entire Bible on the Great Lawn of Â鶹ÊÓƵ University.
Â鶹ÊÓƵ University faculty, staff, and students, as well as individuals from across West Tennessee are invited to take part in this historic reading of the Bible. We will use almost 420 10-minute slots over a four-day period (March 6th, 7th, 13th, & 14th), beginning in Genesis and ending with Revelation. Please sign up for one or more of the slots to read (from 6:30 AM to midnight). We will not be able to tell you exactly where you will begin reading, but, based on the day and time you sign up for, we can give you a good approximation. Once you claim a spot, we will email you later with more details.
We are honored to be partnering with B&H for this event. We will be reading from the new CSB translation, and B&H is graciously providing free copies of the nice LeatherTouch edition ($40-50 value) for the first 200 people to sign up.
