Exhibits & Competition

The Department of Art will be hosting a competitive "Works on Paper" Art Exhibit featuring high school students from West Tennessee. Entries must treat the Reformation as a central theme. The exhibit will be juried and cash prizes awarded.

Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ will provide the following scholarships to the competition winners:

  • 1st place - $1,000 scholarship to Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ
  • 2nd place - $500 scholarship to Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ
  • 3rd place - $250 scholarship to Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ

Christopher Nadaskay (below), University Professor of Art, will also be showing the exhibit "1000 Pardons," a display of 1000 original, hand-made ceramic crosses in the Savage Chapel.
