The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership (BSOL) is a degree-completion program designed to meet the needs of working adults. The program is for adults who have an associate degree or at least 60 hours of earned college credit. The rotation of classes allows for degree completion in as little as 18 months.

Â鶹ÊÓƵ recognizes that education is not limited to the classroom, and students in SOAPS programs may earn credit for college courses through prior learning. Advisors work closely with you to determine if your military training, professional certifications, and work and volunteer experiences may translate into college credit. Â鶹ÊÓƵ University is in partnership with an approved organization, CAEL, to allow you the privilege and the platform to gain college credit for previous non-classroom learning experiences.
