JACKSON, Tenn. — Sept. 9, 2005 — Baritone Allen Henderson will present a guest recital Monday, Sept. 12, at Â鶹ÊÓƵ University.
The recital will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Hartley Recital Hall in Jennings Hall on the west end of Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s campus. The event is free and open to the public.
Henderson is the chairman of the department of music at Georgia Southern University, where he also teaches voice. As a soloist, he has appeared with the Knoxville Opera, Fort Worth Opera, Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra and Tennessee Opera Theatre, among other groups.
