JACKSON, Tenn. — Feb. 17, 2003 — Â鶹ÊÓƵ University has experienced tremendous growth in recent years. Fall enrollment in 2002 was more than 30 percent higher than in 1996, Jennings and Hammons Halls are in full use, and the ground has been dedicated for the Roy L. White Hall.
