JACKSON, Tenn. — April 5, 2016 — ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ University will host a screening of the film βThe Strangerβ and a discussion about a Christian response to immigration April 7.
A workshop on βImmigration: Church and Community Mobilizationβ will take place from 2-4 p.m. in Luther Hall on the ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ campus, led by Thi Mitsamphanh, a former refugee and a church mobilizer with World Relief in Memphis, and Courtney Williams, an immigration specialist and attorney with World Relief in Memphis.
The film screening of βThe Strangerβ and a discussion about the film will take place from 7-9 p.m. in Harvey Auditorium, located in the Barefoot Student ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ Building.
