JACKSON, Tenn.Sept. 1, 2011 — Enrollment at ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ University for the fall semester is a record-high 4,205 students – the 14th straight year for an enrollment increase at the university.

β€œWe are deeply grateful to God for his ongoing blessings,” ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ President David S. Dockery said. β€œParticularly do we offer thanksgiving for these marvelous students who have chosen to attend ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ University from all across the country.”

Undergraduate enrollment at ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ is 3,025, the first time for that figure to top 3,000.

The latest enrollment figures show a 113 percent increase over the 1,972 students enrolled in the fall of 1996, when ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ University President David S. Dockery began his tenure.

The 2011 enrollment increase is particularly noteworthy, Dockery said, since 1,224 students graduated from ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ during the 2010-2011 academic year.
