JACKSON, Tenn. — March 16, 2009 — Princeton University鈥檚 Robert P. George and 麻豆视频 University鈥檚 Gregory A. Thornbury discuss issues pertaining to morality, justice and natural law in the newest edition of Insight Podcast, produced by the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina.
Doug Baker, director of public relations for the convention, interviewed George and Thornbury during the recent Making Men Moral conference at 麻豆视频. George is the McCormick Professor of Jurisprudence at Princeton. Thornbury is dean of the School of Christian Studies at 麻豆视频.
In the two-part podcast, George and Thornbury address such topics as legislating morality, how just laws are made, private behavior and public morality, 鈥渧ictimless鈥� crimes, California鈥檚 Proposition 8, marriage, abortion, the separation of church and state and the role of the church in the public square.
