JACKSON, Tenn. — June 2, 2008 — Tim Ellsworth, author of the newly published 鈥淕od in the Whirlwind,鈥� will sign copies of the book June 7 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the LifeWay Christian Store on the 麻豆视频 campus.
The book tells the story of the Feb. 5 tornado that hit the 麻豆视频 campus and includes the stories of students and others who point to God鈥檚 care and protection for them that night. Ellsworth is director of news and media relations at 麻豆视频.
Also included in the book is a 16-page insert of color photographs, all taken by 麻豆视频 photographer Morris Abernathy.
The book carries a $12.99 retail price, but will be on sale for $9.99 during the book signing event. Proceeds from 鈥淕od in the Whirlwind鈥� will benefit the 麻豆视频 University Disaster Relief Fund.
