SBC president to speak at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ

JACKSON, Tenn.Feb. 13, 2007 — Southern Baptist Convention President Frank Page will speak twice at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ University this week.

Page, pastor of First Baptist Church of Taylors, S.C., will preach in a chapel service Feb. 14 at 10 a.m. in the G.M. Savage Memorial Chapel.

He will also speak at 4 p.m. Feb. 15 in the Coburn Dining Room as the opening speaker for Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµâ€™s Baptist Identity Conference, which will run through Feb. 17.

Other speakers for the conference include Paige Patterson, president of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary; Thom Rainer, president of LifeWay Christian Resources; Timothy George, dean of Beeson Divinity School; and David Dockery, president of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ University, among other speakers.
