Phase two of the plan will see the addition of a new convocation center on the Great Lawn that will accommodate on-campus commencement ceremonies and special events. It will also include a gymnasium for athletic contests and will provide space for community events. |

The second phase will also include a new academic building east of the convocation center, as well as landscaping and outdoor amenities in each residential quad courtyard and tree planting along the Highway 45 Bypass. |
