Account Information
When you become an active member of the University community, you receive accounts that allow you to sign into various services.
Students accepted for admission :
- Your accounts are created soon after you are accepted for admission. The University sends you a brief, introductory email to the non-Â鶹ÊÓƵ email address we have on record for you. This message from the SuccessStart email account includes your UU email address, account name, initial temporary password, UU ID number and other important information.
- If you cannot find the message in your inbox/spam/clutter/junkmail folders, contact your enrollment counselor/coordinator or IT Help to verify your non-Â鶹ÊÓƵ email address. The introductory email will be sent again to your non-Â鶹ÊÓƵ email address, with a new temporary password. If you have more than one message from SuccessStart, use the most recent one to find your current temporary password.
- The SuccessStart email message includes a Get Started button. When you click the button, you'll be asked to sign in with your email address and temporary password. You will be required to change your temporary password. You'll be directed to IT's SuccessStart page where you can learn about useful services and resources.
Employees :
- Look for your account name and temporary password in a letter from IT that you received when you first began working here. If you cannot find the letter, use this button to look up your account name and UU email address using your Â鶹ÊÓƵ ID number... or contact IT Help.
