The New Chapel at Â鶹ÊÓƵ University
For generations to come, this beautiful chapel will stand as a legacy of our commitment to Christ, our pursuit of excellence and our heart of worship and service.
Heart of the Campus
For nearly 50 years, our current chapel has stood as a testament to Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s commitment to worshiping God and fostering spiritual growth in the lives of our students. As we look to the future, however, we recognize the need for a space that meets the evolving needs of our Â鶹ÊÓƵ community and that stands as a symbol of our enduring convictions.
The new chapel will be a place where students, faculty, and staff can gather to worship, to reflect, and to engage with the truths of Scripture that serve as the foundation for all Â鶹ÊÓƵ is and does. It will also serve as a vibrant center for the arts, hosting concerts, lectures, and other events that enrich our community and engage the wider world.
For generations to come, this beautiful chapel will stand as a legacy of our commitment to Christ, our pursuit of excellence, and our heart of worship and service.
Location
The new chapel will be housed on the Eastern edge of campus, clearly visible from the heavily-trafficked Highway 45 Bypass. The new chapel will be a physical manifestation of Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s Christ-centered mission, a place not just for current students but for all generations of students.
As a key component to the campus master plan, Â鶹ÊÓƵ University is moving forward on fundraising for a new chapel. Clearly visible from the heavily trafficked Highway 45 Bypass, the freestanding chapel will be the heart of the Â鶹ÊÓƵ campus — a beacon of faith and learning for generations to come.
This facility will be our banner, our campus capstone, and our stake in the ground. It will unashamedly proclaim to all, “This is who we are, and this is who we will be.”

Ways to Support the New Chapel
The journey to renew the heart of Â鶹ÊÓƵ University through construction of a new chapel is a communal endeavor, inviting participation from all who share in our vision for a space that encapsulates our Christ-centered mission. You can make a significant impact in several ways.
Financial Contributions
Every gift, large or small, brings us closer to our goal. Donations can be made as onetime gifts or spread over time. The same God who multiplied the widow’s oil and flour in Elijah’s day — and the same God who multiplied the loaves and fish at the hands of Jesus — can multiply your gift as well, in ways you may never have thought possible.
You can honor a loved one or commemorate a significant individual with a memorial or honorary gift that contributes to a lasting legacy of faith and learning.

Function & Design of the New Chapel
The chapel will embody Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s steadfast dedication to Christ-centered education beyond mere physical space. It will stand as the most inspiring and beautiful building on campus, symbolizing the supremacy of our mission to promote excellence and character development in service to Church and society.
With a seating capacity of 1,500 people and covering about 32,000 square feet, the chapel will be equipped to host a wide range of university and community events. It will incorporate red brick and stone, aligning with the aesthetic of our campus while establishing this grand facility as a landmark in its own right.
In this building, students will be challenged to know the Word of God and to love the Lord with their hearts, souls, minds, and strength. Designed to meet the diverse needs of our community, the chapel will enhance our ability to nurture faith, foster reflection, and cultivate leaders equipped to serve Christ faithfully wherever He calls them.
