Biography

Dr. David Thomas (Ph.D., The Ohio State University, 1993) came to Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ in 1994 and currently serves as University Professor of History. At Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ he teaches courses in American History including Colonial America, the American Revolution, the Civil War and Reconstruction, and African-American History. He also teaches in the Honors Community. Dr. Thomas published The Stories We Tell Our Children: How Our Past Is Made Present In Children's Literature (Royal Fireworks Press, 2008) and is working on a second book, A Theology of History.
