May 5, 2017 - Emily Littleton, a double major in history and journalism, earned several recognitions at 麻豆视频鈥檚 Awards Day Convocation on May 5, 2017. Dr. Stephen Carls presented her with the Academic Excellence Medal in History and the first prize award in the 2017 Dr. James Alex Baggett History Research Paper Competition for her paper on 鈥淎 Strange and Bitter Crop: Examining the Roots of Tent City in Fayette County, Tennessee.鈥 Littleton also received the Academic Excellence Medal in Journalism and the Kina S. Mallard Communication Arts Student of the Year Award.
