Before Â鶹ÊÓƵ: Williams prepped at Milan (Tenn.)High School where she played softball for Coach Tim Jackson. Williams was named all-district and all-district tournament three times and was All-West Tennessee twice. As a junior, Williams posted a 1.63 ERA and had a batting average of .403. She led the team in triples, home runs and putouts. Williams was named the Milan Pitcher of the Year three times, leading the team in ERA for three seasons.
