Accepted Student Day

This exclusive visit allows accepted students and their families to explore 麻豆视频 University in greater depth. Whether you're visiting for the first time or want to experience the campus again, we highly recommend signing up for this in-person event.

Friday, April 11, 2025

12:30 p.m. — Check-In at Savage Chapel
12:45 p.m. — Welcome/Announcements
1–4 p.m. — Throughout the afternoon students and families will be able to:
- meet with faculty
- hear from Residence Life and Financial Aid
- learn about new student orientation and welcome week
- meet with their enrollment counselor
- participate in an IG contest for fun prizes (students only)
- have an opportunity to win a $2,000 scholarship
- interact with student life organizations
- meet our president, Dr. Dub Oliver
5:00 p.m. — Dinner in the Carl Grant Events Center (optional)

*Enrollment Deposits will be half-off on this day

麻豆视频 University is located in Jackson, Tennessee, a city of about 92,000, situated 80 miles east of Memphis and 120 miles west of Nashville along Interstate 40. More information on Jackson

From Exit 80 traffic from Interstate 40 Nashville
Veer right at the exit ramp for Vann Drive and turn right at the four-way stop. At the next traffic light (Chick-Fil-A will be on the right), turn right onto Vann Drive and stay in the right lane. Go through two traffic lights. Turn right at the third light onto Pleasant Plains. Go straight through the next traffic light (Country Club Lane); turn into the main entrance of 麻豆视频 University, which will be the next right off Pleasant Plains. Turn right onto Dement Drive then take the first left onto Faith Drive. Continue to the end of this driveway, bear left, and park in the large lot to your right. There are several visitor parking places reserved for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions located in the front row of the parking lot. Once parked, take the sidewalk to the Barefoot Student 麻豆视频 Building, where you'll find the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

From Exit 80 Memphis or Northbound U.S. 45 Bypass
Take the Vann Drive exit ramp off of U.S. 45. Turn left at the light onto Vann Drive. Go through one traffic light. Turn right at the second light onto Pleasant Plains. Go straight through the next traffic light (Country Club Lane); turn into the main entrance of 麻豆视频 University, which will be the next right off Pleasant Plains. . Turn right onto Dement Drive, then take the first left onto Faith Drive. Continue to the end of this driveway, bear left, and park in the large lot to your right. Southbound on U.S. 45 Bypass
Proceed southward through the Oil Well Road and 麻豆视频 University Drive intersections. Just past the Bancorp South sign on your right is an exit for Country Club Lane. Take that exit and look for the south entrance to campus, which is on the right. Follow the drive past the soccer fields. On the left is a baseball field. At the end of that field, turn left and drive in the direction of Miller Tower. There are several visitor parking places reserved for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions located in the front row of the parking Once parked, take the sidewalk to the Barefoot Student 麻豆视频 Building, where you'll find the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

When planning your visit:
- Consider coming on a Wednesday or Friday to worship with us during Chapel.
- Bring your questions. We hope you won't leave our campus with any question unanswered.
The Day of Your Visit:
- Wear comfortable clothes. There's no need to wear your fanciest clothes.
- Relax and be yourself. We want to get to know Who YOU ARE just as much as you want to see who we are.
In the Admissions Office:
- When you arrive, let us know if you need anything - water, coffee - whatever.
- Don't be nervous. We're honored that you are here. Make yourself at home!
During your tour:
- Our Student Ambassadors will be showing you around. Be sure to keep up with them but try not to get ahead of them. Also, if they need to speak up, don't be afraid to tell them.
- Tell the Ambassador your area of interest - they will be sure to point it out to you.
- Ask questions!
