Exploring what holds creation together.

With a 100% medical school acceptance rate over five years and an ACS-certified curriculum, Â鶹ÊÓƵ chemistry graduates go where they’re headed — grounded in the conviction that what they study points back to their Maker.

Ethos

In Him, all things hold together

The field of chemistry is demanding, competitive, and at times challenging to faith. At Â鶹ÊÓƵ, we prepare students for all of it. Our ACS-certified curriculum gives students the scientific depth and critical thinking skills to succeed in medical school, graduate programs, and scientific careers — while our Christ-centered community gives them the theological grounding to engage a profession that sometimes pushes back on what they believe. Just as Colossians 1:17 declares, in him all things hold together — and the deeper you go into the molecular world, the more that truth becomes impossible to ignore. Our students graduate knowing the science deeply and holding their faith confidently. At Â鶹ÊÓƵ, those two things have always gone together.

Accreditation

Students who complete the chemistry degree as described below or upon their coursework being approved by the chair of the department, will receive degrees that are certified by the American Chemical Society. Our certified programs offer students a broad-based and rigorous chemistry education that provides them the intellectual, experimental, and communication skills necessary to become successful scientific professionals.
