UNION MEN TO PLAY RED/WHITE GAME AT ADAMSVILLE
Jackson, TN--The Â鶹ÊÓƵ University men's basketball program will travel to Adamsville High School on Monday, October 6 to play a red/white game for local fans. This game will give area Bulldog followers the opportunity to see the outstanding talent that Â鶹ÊÓƵ will bring to the basketball court this fall. Game time is set for 7:00 p.m. in the high school gymnasium.
The red/white game will feature local celebrities such as Matt Hoover, Jon "Bubba" Hoover, and Anthony Brooks. Matt, a 1995 graduate of Adamsville High School, was an all-conference selection last season, averaging 14.4 points and 5.9 rebounds for the Bulldogs in 1996-97. Both Bubba Hoover and Anthony Brooks, 1996 graduates of Adamsville, redshirted their first season but will be called upon this year to provide valuable scoring and defense to Â鶹ÊÓƵ's lineup.
