UNION SOFTBALL SIGNS LEIGH ANNE HOLLOWAY

Jackson, TN--The Â鶹ÊÓƵ University softball program signed another recruit today. Leigh Anne Holloway from Jackson Central Merry High School will join the Lady Bulldog program next season. Holloway has earned several honors during her high school career including being named the District Most Valuable Player her junior and senior seasons. This past season Holloway had a .436 batting average, 23 runs batted in, and stole 30 bases. She also managed to accumulate a 19-5 record on the season from the mound. Leigh Anne was also a starter on the 1996 State Championship team at JCM. |
