UNION TENNIS EARNS BID TO NATIONALS
Jackson, TN--The Â鶹ÊÓƵ University women's tennis program will be participating in the 46th Annual NAIA Women's Tennis National Championships on May 19-24, 1997 at the Tulsa Southern Tennis Club in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The announcement was made on Tuesday that the Lady Bulldogs have earned an at-large berth in the national championship due to their No. 19 national ranking in the polls released on May 6. Â鶹ÊÓƵ's last appearance in the national tournament was in 1995.
