UNION GOLF TEAM EARNS BID TO NATIONALS
Jackson, TN--The Â鶹ÊÓƵ University golf team will head to the 46th Annual NAIA Men's Golf National Championship in Tulsa, Oklahoma on May 20-23, 1997. The Bulldogs maintained their No. 11 national ranking when the polls were released today. This will be the fourth consecutive national tournament appearance for the Bulldogs and the ninth appearance overall. The Bulldogs hope to continue their outstanding national tournament tradition with the help of 1996 All-American and 1997 All-TranSouth Conference performer Shane Fraley along with all-conference teammate Mikey Wolfe.
