WESTVIEW STANDOUT TO SIGN WITH UNION
Jackson, TN--Martin Westview star Beth Ann Boroughs has decided to play for the Lady Bulldogs of Â鶹ÊÓƵ University for her collegiate career. The senior guard will be Â鶹ÊÓƵ's first signee on the season. This season Boroughs was named among USA Today's Top 25 players in the state of Tennessee. She is presently averaging 16 points per game for the Lady Chargers.
Averaging 19.2 points and five rebounds per game last season, Boroughs was named All-State and first team All-West Tennessee. She scored a career high 42 points against Dyer County.
