LIFE Groups are student-led groups for new students at Â鶹ÊÓƵ providing
encouragement, assistance, and support through a network of
relationships. |
|

|
As you come to Â鶹ÊÓƵ, LIFE Groups will provide you with: |
|
|
LIFE Groups give you a chance to meet other students within a small
group setting that is relaxed and comfortable. It is a place where
you are accepted for who you are. |
|
|

|
Coming to college is a major change in your life and isn't
always easy. As you become a part of a LIFE Group, you will not only
have student leaders who have traveled the same road, but you will also be
among friends who are at similar places in their journey. |
|
|

|
LIFE Groups provide a community of friends with whom you can grow as you
strive to strengthen your Christian walk. In your LIFE Group, you
will find real people just like you - people who are real with themselves,
real with others, and most importantly real with God. |

"When I joined LIFE Groups I was
placed in a family of other transfer students who were experiencing many
of the same feelings I was. We were able to share with each other,
and just hang out. This group became some of my closest friends
that semester at Â鶹ÊÓƵ and still continue to be. LIFE Groups
provided a stable environment where I was able to learn and grow spiritually,
socially, and personally."

"A LIFE Group Leader's responsibility
under God is to provide moral vision and spiritual leadership as the
humble servant of the group. I eagerly look forward to serving God
in this way."

"God is doing incredible things on
this campus and I believe that LIFE Groups has had a lot to do with the
changes God is making."

|
"Joining a LIFE Group was one of the
best decisions I made during my freshman year. My LIFE Group was my
family at school."
Caleb Trent |
|
"Last year we were able to get our
feet wet with this ministry. I am excited to see how God is going to
change and improve the ministry this year.
