NEW BANNER TO HIT STUDENT UNION BUILDING

Jackson, Tenn. — Faculty, staff, students and visitors to Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ University's Hyran E. Barefoot Student Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Building will soon notice the addition of a new banner from the Coalition for Christian Colleges & Universities (CCCU), an association of 91 institutions committed to Christ-centered higher education.

The banner is designed to inform faculty, staff and students of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ's unique and important membership in the CCCU. As a member campus, Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ students may attend student semester programs in Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, Russia, Egypt and Latin America. Faculty and administrators from member institutions participate in annual peer group meetings and faculty workshops.

The Coalition for Christian Colleges & Universities, a Washington, D.C.-based association is the nation's primary organization dedicated to serving and strengthening Christian higher education. More than 150,000 students are served by these campuses in 29 states and Canada.
