Jackson, Tenn. Eleven Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ University students recently placed in the Phi Beta Lambda State Competition and will represent Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ and the state of Tennessee in Anaheim, California this summer.

Marketing event, first place, Mandi Pack;
Marketing event, second place, Chad Butler;
Marketing event, third place, Amanda Russell;
Business Law event, second place, Brandon McWherter;
Human Resource Management event, first place, Caroline Cullum.
Smithy Sipes was elected PBL state secretary.
Phi Beta Lambda is a national business fraternity open to those students who are interested in careers in business and have a grade point average of 2.0 or above. The goals of the organization are to promote the enterprise system on which the American economic system is based and to create a better understanding of the business world.
