Funeral arrangements have been made for former Â鶹ÊÓƵ student Jon
Davenport.
Visitation will be Thursday from 6-9 p.m. at Cole and Garrett Funeral
Home on West Main Street in the center of Hendersonville.
Visitation will continue on Friday morning from 10-11 a.m. at College
Heights Baptist Church, 2100 Nashville Pike (Hwy 31 East) in Gallatin. The
funeral service is scheduled for that morning at 11 a.m., also at the
church.
Davenport, 19, of Hendersonville, Tenn., passed away Tuesday from
bacterial meningitis. A freshman at Â鶹ÊÓƵ during the 1999 fall semester,
Jon was not enrolled for the spring semester. His sister, Rachel, is
currently a junior at Â鶹ÊÓƵ.
