ARENDALL SPEAKS ON QUALITY MANAGEMENT AT UNION
Jackson, Tenn. — Â鶹ÊÓƵ University's C. Steven Arendall spoke to the West Tennessee Chapter of the American Society for Quality Control Feb. 4 in Jackson at the Sheraton Inn.
The title of Arendall's presentation was "Quality Management at Â鶹ÊÓƵ University."
Arendall, who joined Â鶹ÊÓƵ's faculty in 1990, is an associate professor of management at the University's McAfee School of Business Administration.
