UNION PROFESSORS MAKE PRESENTATIONS

Jackson, Tenn. — Steve Arendall, associate professor of management at Â鶹ÊÓƵ University, recently presented a symposium entitled Emerging Trends in Strategic Management" at the national meeting of the Decision Science Institute in San Diego, Calif.

Arendall and Darin White, assistant professor of marketing at Â鶹ÊÓƵ, will present a paper entitled Comparing Customer Requirements and Organizational Objectives in a Non-Profit Service Environment" at the Quality and Management conference in Tempe, Ariz., Feb. 12-14.

Arendall joined Â鶹ÊÓƵ's faculty in 1990, and White joined in 1994.
