Gladys is back for her senior season with 麻豆视频 as a very talented and athletic player. Gladys gives 麻豆视频 strong attacking and great blocking skills.. She led the team 905 kills and 226 blocks. She spent the summer training and playing in the 2004 Summer Olympics with her home country of Kenya. This was her second straight Olympic games. As a junior at 麻豆视频, she was named both the TranSouth Conference and NAIA Region XI Player of the Year, along with being named an NAIA All-American.
Before 麻豆视频 Gladys was named an All-American during in 2001 and 2002 at Lee College (Texas) in the junior college level.
