Before Â鶹ÊÓƵ: Johnson transferred to Â鶹ÊÓƵ from Illinois Wesleyan University after playing just one season of soccer. She prepped at Brentwood Academy where she lettered four years in both soccer and tennis. In 2003, Johnson helped lead her club soccer team to the TNFC Tennessee State Championship. Off the field, Johnson was a member of the National Honor Society.
