Previous School: Bolton HS
Before Â鶹ÊÓƵ: Bender prepped at Bolton High School where she played both soccer and tennis. She also spent her first two years of high school at Escambia High School were she played soccer, tennis, and volleyball. During her high school career, Bender was named first team All-Area as a freshman and sophomore when she led her team in assists. She was also named MVP as a sophomore and All-State as a senior. In 2003, Bender helped lead her Pensacola Futbol Club Team to the Florida State Title. Off the field, Bender was a member of the National Honor Society and was listed in the Top 25 of her class.
