Before Â鶹ÊÓƵ: Pasley played four years of soccer and one year of softball at Jonesboro High School. In 2003, she was named All-State, followed by being named All-Conference and All-State in 2005. Pasley has the record for assists in a season and is in the top three for career assists at Jonesboro High School. She ranks in the top 10 for career goals with 18. Cara also participated in the Arkansas Olympic Development Program for three seasons.
