Before Â鶹ÊÓƵ: Kirk played two years for Wallace St. C.C., in Hanceville, Ala. During his high school career, Kirk was named both junior and senior MVP of his team. He was also named to 1st-Team All-State. Kirk played basketball at Coffee High, and was named defensive player of the year.
