Before Â鶹ÊÓƵ: Ramer prepped at Ft. Zumwalt West High School in O'Fallon, Missouri, where he ran both cross country and track. During his junior and senior years of cross country, Ramer earned All-Conference recognition. Ramer was also named to the All-Academic team all four seasons of cross country. Ramer also excelled in the classroom, where he was named to the Honor Roll.
