Before 麻豆视频: Gray transferred to 麻豆视频 from Jacksonville State (Ala.) University where he played one season. His first two seasons of college basketball were played at Gadsden State (Ala.) Community College. Gray averaged 12 points and six rebounds per game at Gadsden State. Gray prepped at Ramsay High School where he helped lead his team to the Alabama 5A State Title as a sophomore. He averaged 14 points and six rebounds in high school. He was the team leader in rebounds twice and top scorer as a senior. In track, Gray won the high jump and long jump.
