Before 麻豆视频: McNeil has spent two seasons playing basketball at Jackson State Community College. He played his high school basketball at Treadwell High School in Memphis. McNeil averaged 20 points, three assists, and two steals per game at Jackson State. He led the region with 89 made three pointers as a sophomore, while setting a Jackson State record with 104 made three pointers as a freshman. He was selected as a first team All-Conference and All-Region performer as a sophomore. McNeil was also selected as a 2008-09 Pre-Season NJCAA Honorable Mention All-American.
