Before Â鶹ÊÓƵ: Alexander played his high school basketball at Harding Academy in Memphis. He averaged 13 points, five rebounds, and four assists as a senior. Alexander was named Best of the Preps in Memphis by the Commercial Appeal and was also named All-Region and All-Tournament.
