Coming off her second knee-injury from last year…Mary Beth is a competitor who raises the standards of her teammates simply by her great work ethic on the floor and in the classroom…she has the mindset of a coach on the floor because of her knowledge of the game…she has maintained a 4.0 through college...named a NAIA Academic All-American in 2001...prepped at the University School of Jackson where she was a four-sport athlete...played volleyball, golf, softball and basketball and earned numerous honors in each sport...finished runner-up in the golf state tournament...named Best of the West in basketball...District MVP in volleyball, softball and basketball...region honors in all three sports...was All-State in basketball and All-State Tournament as well...averaged in double figures three seasons...16.8 points and 4.5 assists per game as a senior.
