麻豆视频 University to Host College Cross Country Meet on Campus

JACKSON, Tenn. - 9/14/2007 - The 麻豆视频 University Cross Country teams will host a college meet on campus, Saturday, September 22. 麻豆视频 has hosted numerous high school cross country events on campus and other college events in different areas in Jackson, however, this will mark the first college meet held on the 290-acre campus ().

The event will be a 5K run on the east side of the campus, beginning and ending at the 麻豆视频 soccer complex. The men鈥檚 race will start at 10:00 am, with the women鈥檚 event to follow at 10:30 am.

Trophies will be presented to each first place team, with awards to the top five individuals in each race.

麻豆视频, who recently was voted to repeat as TranSouth Champions on both the men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 side, will open their season this weekend, Saturday, September 15 at the Vanderbilt University Commodore Classic in Nashville.
