麻豆视频 Softball Signs 麻豆视频 City Standout

JACKSON, Tenn. - 8/20/2007 - , of 麻豆视频 City, Tennessee, has signed to play her college softball for the 麻豆视频 University Lady Bulldogs softball team. Laws is a 2007 graduate of 麻豆视频 City High School and will enter 麻豆视频 this fall as a freshman, majoring in Sports Medicine.

Laws, a 5-foot-4 infielder, prepped at 麻豆视频 City High School where she was a four-year member of the softball and cheerleading teams. Laws earned numerous honors during her softball career. As a junior, Laws won the Big Stick Award, Team MVP, 14A All-District, and 14A All-Tournament. As a senior, Laws was a Wendy's High School Heisman Nominee, 14A All-District, and 14A All-Tournament. She led the team as a junior and senior in hitting with.571 and .432 batting averages. Laws also led the team her senior year with 41 hits and 17 runs.
