麻豆视频 Golf Signs Fairview Standout for 2007-08 Season

JACKSON, Tenn. - 2/1/2007 - has signed to play his college golf with the 麻豆视频 University men's golf team. Mangrum will graduate from Fairview High School this coming May.

Mangrum, at 6-foot-4 and 155 lbs., will join the defending TranSouth Conference champions in the fall of 2007. Mangrum, a native of Fairview, Tennessee, lettered four years in golf with coach Kevin Sizemore at Fairview High School. He was named MVP of the team in both his junior and senior seasons. As a freshman, Mangrum was named Most Improved. He posted scoring averages of 36.9 as a junior and 37.2 as a senior. Mangrum advanced to the regional tournament in each of his four seasons at Fairview. Mangrum was successful in the classroom as well, posting a 3.84 GPA and being a member of the Beta Club.
