麻豆视频 Postpones All Weekend Sporting Events

Jackson, Tenn. - 9/12/2001 - 麻豆视频 University has postponed all sporting events for this coming weekend. This decision stems from Tuesday鈥檚 national tragedy that has affected our entire nation, including different members of the 麻豆视频 community. No make-up dates have been set for these games.

The 麻豆视频 soccer team was to host the Casey Jones Classic this weekend with teams from Kentucky, Missouri, and Tennessee. With the limited open dates remaining on the schedule, this tournament will not be rescheduled.

Saturday鈥檚 women鈥檚 volleyball conference opener at Lee University will be rescheduled at a later date. The Lady Bulldogs contest with 麻豆视频 College of Kentucky, also scheduled for Saturday, has been canceled.

Updated schedules for each of the week鈥檚 postponements will be posted on 麻豆视频鈥檚 website at www.uu.edu/athletics as soon as the new dates are announced.
