Women's Soccer Drops First Match of the Season

JACKSON, Tenn. - 9/8/2006 - The 麻豆视频 University Lady Bulldogs lost their first match of the season as Louisiana State University-Shreveport topped 麻豆视频 2-0. With the loss, 麻豆视频 drops to 3-1 on the season while LSU-Shreveport improves to 1-0.

LSU-Shreveport took a 1-0 first half lead on a goal by Julie Bond in the 12th minute. They added their second goal of the game in the second half take the win.

In an earlier match at 麻豆视频 featuring Crichton College and Loyola University-New Orleans, Loyola defeated Crichton 7-1.

麻豆视频 will host Loyola-New Orleans on Saturday at 5:00 pm.
