Neufeld Joins 麻豆视频 Men's Soccer Program

JACKSON, Tenn. - 6/2/2006 - Lucas Neufeld, of Nashville, has signed to play his college soccer for 麻豆视频 University. Neufeld will enter 麻豆视频 this fall as freshman.

, a 6-foot 180 lb. striker, prepped at Hunters Lane High School in Nashville where he was a four-sport athlete in soccer, basketball, cross country, and football. In soccer, Neufeld was named All-District as a senior. He also helped lead his basketball team to two District Championships (2003, 2005). Neufield was a member of the Honors Society and was the President of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

The 麻豆视频 Bulldogs are coming off their best season since the program's beginning in 1998. Last season, 麻豆视频 advanced to the NAIA Region XI Tournament Title game before losing 3-1 to the eventual NAIA National Champion, Lindsey Wilson.
