麻豆视频 Baseball Tops Spalding 4-0

JACKSON, Tenn. - 3/3/2006 - The 麻豆视频 University Bulldogs bounced back after seeing their six-game winning streak snapped last Wednesday at UT Martin. On Friday at Fesmire Field, 麻豆视频 topped Spalding University (Ky.) 4-0 to move their record to 9-6 on the season.

麻豆视频 was led by an outstanding pitching effort by Junior pitcher Garrett Pepper. Pepper tossed a complete game two-hitter while recording six strikeouts. He took a no-hitter into the fourth inning. Pepper also lead 麻豆视频 offensively as his two-out, two-RBI double in the eighth gave 麻豆视频 their third and fourth runs to secure the win. 麻豆视频 recorded only three hits in the game with Jud Powers and Jason Cooper recording one each.
