麻豆视频 Baseball Wins Third Straight

JACKSON, Tenn. - 2/24/2006 - The 麻豆视频 University Bulldogs tallied their third win in a row to even their season record to 5-5 with a 7-2 win over Huntington University. 麻豆视频 tallied their seven runs on just four hits, however, received two walks and had five batters hit by pitch.

麻豆视频 tallied RBI from each Jud Powers, Jason Cooper, and Zach Lowery. Kyle Yates went 1-for-3 on the day with two runs scored. 麻豆视频 Ben Ayris (1-1) earned his first win of the season by tossing 6.1 innings, allowing two runs on five hits and tallied three strikeouts. Powers tosses 2.2 innings of scoreless relief while striking out four batters.

麻豆视频 will play this same Huntington team on Saturday at 12:00 noon in a single, nine inning contest at 麻豆视频's Fesmire Field.
