JACKSON, Tenn. - 11/5/2005 - The Bulldogs of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ University improved to 2-0 on the season with a 101-72 over Concordia College (Ala.) on Saturday afternoon. Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ improved to 2-0 on the year, while Concordia falls to 1-2.
Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ led 55-36 at the half with the help of 5-of-14 shooting from behing the arc and .556 shooting from the field. Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ coasted in the second half to the 29-point. The key stat in this game was the fact that Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ committed just seven turnovers in this game.
The Bulldogs were paced with six players in double figures, led by Ben Frederick with 21 points. Pierry Valmera scored 15 points, Kinley Sellers scored 14 points, Deywane Lee added 14 points, Courtney Jones scored 13 points, while Corey Burkett added 10 points.
