Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Signs another Player for Inaugural Soccer Season

JACKSON, Tenn. - 5/27/2005 - The Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ University Lady Bulldogs have signed for the 2005 inaugural women’s soccer season. Burau hails from Arlington, Tennessee and will enter Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ this fall as a freshman.

Burau, a 5-foot-4 forward, played her high school soccer at Millington High School. She was named MVP, while becoming the all-time leading scorer for her high school. In 2003, Burau tallied 14 goals, and then recorded 19 goals in 2004. In each of those seasons, she recorded double digit assists. In addition to her high school soccer career, Burau also ran track at Millington. Off the field, Burau was a member of the National Honor Society, as well as, DECA.
