Munford Soccer Standout Signs with 麻豆视频

JACKSON, Tenn. - 4/15/2005 - , of Munford, Tennessee, has signed to play his college soccer for the Bulldogs of 麻豆视频 University. Shelton will graduate from Munford High School this coming May and will enter 麻豆视频 this fall, majoring in Youth Ministry.

Shelton, a 5-foot-9 midfielder, has been a two-sport athlete while at Munford High School. In addition to the four years of soccer, he also played one year on the football team as the kicker. As a senior on the football team, he was named All-Region at the kicker position. In soccer, he tallied 27 goals in his four seasons of play, while being the team鈥檚 leading scorer this past season.
